I recently bought a small quantity of turf for my backyard. I was really impressed with the customer service, post-order communication and specially delivery time. Everything perfect. A great Christmas present

Hi there, Ordered grass just before Christmas and you delivered at 7.00am on 23 Dec 2010 as advised in your text message the day prior to delivery. Lawn is great, cut it for the first time yesterday and it is knitting together well. Made sure I followed the directions supplied - including sand after laying. Thank you so much for a great service and a great product. I am the envy of the street!!!!!

Trust you had a good Christmas and New Years break.
I meant to email you prior to Christmas but got busy with other things.

 I just wanted to drop you a line and pass on my thanks and congratulations to Advance Turf.

Your website is extremely informative, easy to navigate and provides a lot of information that makes it easy to select the right grass for the application, and gave me confidence in buying from you online.  The pricing was also spot on.  I ordered some turf on 29/11 and had an almost immediate response back confirming the order and advising the delivery date.  You may recall I then sent you a question that I had in regard to the application of the grass and received an immediate reply that clearly answered my query.

On the day of the delivery I received an SMS advising the delivery time and the grass turned up on time.  The grass was a great quality, very simple to lay and has since established itself brilliantly and yesterday received its second mow and looks lush and green.

Great service, great product, all at a great price – what more could you ask for, I will certainly recommend you to anyone wanting a quality instant turf at a great price.

The only small downside was that I didn’t receive the complimentary starter fertilizer as promised but I picked some up locally and this hasn’t soiled (shocking pun I know) my dealings with you at all.

Hi Joanna and Leanne,
Here the photos of the 360m2 of Kings Pride I bought from you guys at the end of Sep 2009. With the help of my son and 4 of his mates we had the whole lot laid in the morning.

Well watered to get going 4m2 of washed sand and here is the result. Photos taken Xmas 2009.

Very happy. We have just finished a very expensive reno and the money spent on the grass has been be the best thing we have done. Everybody talks about it.

The great rains we have had mean it is now bulletproof.

Laying turf later in the season can be done – just be patient

I layed approx 110 sq meters of Palmetto 2 weeks ago supplied by your company. It does not seem to be bedding down after this period. The grass is growing and seems ok. Is this a concern considering that it goes dormant soon?

Hi leanne. I laid palmetto buffalo grass 4 weeks ago. I checked yesterday the grass does not appear to be bedding down. The grass is green and seems to be growing. Have you got any suggestions that might explain this?

I am worried about the browning off, Also no bedding done of the grass.

Thanks for your reply re photos. My main concern is that it won’t bed down before it goes dormant. Will it survive?
When should I give it a cut and fertilize.

I purchased some turf from you in April this year. Thought I would just show you how good it looks at present.
Just a question. I fertilised the lawn in early September, would you recommend that I fertilse again before summer arrives.
